ArchiTeam Awards 2025: Passivhaus Scholarship Now Open

Applications are now open for the 2025 ArchiTeam Awards Passivhaus Scholarship – a $4,500 opportunity that aims to nurture Australia's next generation of sustainable design leaders.

The ArchiTeam Awards have become the highlight of the ArchiTeam calendar, celebrating contributions to the Australian design community in a public forum. ArchiTeam has been around for over 30 years, and this year marks the 18th Awards Programme, supporting small, medium, and emerging architecture practices that may be overlooked in larger award programs.

Entries to the ArchiTeam Awards are currently open - available to member practices with a maximum of 10 full-time staff (or equivalent). We greatly encourage designers and members of the Passivhaus Community to get involved.

The Passivhaus Scholarship Opportunity

We're thrilled that the Australian Passivhaus Association is continuing its partnership with ArchiTeam to offer this scholarship as part of the 2025 Awards program. This fantastic opportunity allows an applicant to enhance their skills in sustainable design through access to the Certified Passive House Designer/Consultant Online Course, available Australia-wide.

To apply, submit a 250-word response answering: "Why is Passivhaus certification important in your community and why winning the scholarship is important to you?"”
