Glenroy Community Hub is the new home of the Glenroy Library, the Glenroy Memorial Kindergarten. The hub includes maternal child health, community health providers, neighbourhood learning and childcare services

This project was designed to meet the clients needs at a later stage of life. They downsized from a larger property with high maintenance, choosing a smaller block in a central area of Beechworth specifically to improve day to day access to services & shops and reduce the demands for gardening and upkeep.

The Passivhaus project at Life, Point Cook was born as an experiment in mass-market housing design. Two seemingly identical homes were built side-by-side at Frasers Property’s Life, Point Cook development in Melbourne. Both homes have the same orientation and the same passive solar access
