Passivhaus Plus Certified Single Residential Dwelling Addition in Glebe, NSW
Thornleigh
Sydney’s first certified Passivhaus. This compact two-storey home replaces a defunct cottage. Nestled in between a busy road, a magnificent tallowwood and a train line the home will offer a haven of peace and quiet.
PassivLaneway
This compact granny flat sits atop an elegant garage on a discreet laneway on the Northern Beaches of Sydney. A tightly manipulated building envelope ensured Council compliance on a tight site.
Ballina Passivhaus
Located in Northern New South Wales near the Richmond River in Ballina, Australia, certified Classic Passivhaus has endured the recent rains and flooding in the area (March 2022). A boldly presented dwelling on a heptagonal site nestles in the cul-de-sac, proudly providing an exemplar of a high-performance building to the local community.
Sapphire
Sapphire a certified passive house located on a large bush property in the Blue Mountains. Nestled among World Heritage-listed wilderness, the design aims to strike a delicate balance between the environment and the elements, maintaining connection to the landscape while providing protection from the region’s cold winters and hot summers.
